Creamy Peanut Butter Mousse

Vegan peanut butter mousse. It's so delish and can be enjoyed any time of the day. I had some last night for dessert and today for breakfast. This is a high protein and low fat recipe and has 100% of the taste. All you need are the ingredients and a food processor. Without further ado, here is it!

Grab your food processor and set it up. Gather the following ingredients:

1 block of silken tofu (12.3 oz)

1/2 cup of cashew yogurt

3/4 cup of peanut butter powder

1 tbsp of maple syrup

Add the tofu and yogurt to your food processor and blend. Add the maple syrup and peanut butter powder and keep blending until smooth. Eat immediately or store in the fridge for 1-2 days. Consume within two days of making the recipe.
