I sweetened this recipe with protein powder and raisin. Ooh and chocolate chips! Mini ones. They are so cute. This is a great, dense, cookie consistency kind of snack that you can eat pretty much at any time. I ate some for breakfast the other day-I also like to have these before a workout. The recipe is easy and you can sub the raisins for any dried fruit really.
1 scoop of chocolate protein powder
2 tbsp of unsweetened cocoa powder
3/4 cup of raisins
1/2 cup of nut butter (I used peanut butter)
1/2 cup of dairy-free chocolate chips
Sea salt
Put everything in your food processor except the sea salt and chocolate chips. Hand mix in the chocolate chips and form the dough into balls and place in a container that has an airtight lid. Sprinkle with sea salt, cover and store in the fridge.
