The following ingredients make strawberry banana overnight oats:
2 cups of rolled oats
5-6 strawberries
1 mashed banana
3/4 cup of almond milk
1 tbsp. of chia seeds
Cut the strawberries into small pieces or food process them. Mash the banana well. Combine the fruit, oats, milk and chia seeds in a mason jar or bowl and stir well. Add more milk if desired. Put the lid on the mason jar or cover the bowl and place in the refrigerator overnight. The next morning you will have soft oats that have taken on the flavor of the fruit. Chia seeds, when soaked, get a little bigger.
I use unsweetened plant based milk and put in fruit as stated above or I add coconut sugar or maple syrup-two natural sources of sugar. You can also use yogurt, coconut, almond milk or soy yogurts are great, try a few and figure out which one if your favorite. I made three more flavors of rolled oats!

My last overnight oats: banana cinnamon overnight oats:
2 cups of rolled oats
1 tbsp of agave nectar
1 mashed banana
1 tsp of cinnamon
1 tsp of apple pie spice
1 tsp of pure vanilla extract
Combine (see above).
You can add extra milk after you mix the oats and other ingredients so that the jar is filled to the top. The oats end up being very soft and chewable. This is great for kids!!!! Breakfast or dessert. You can play around with any and all ingredients. Store in the fridge and eat within four days. This gives you four days of breakfast made in advance! I'll post more recipes for dessert ones. Enjoy :)
XOXO
