Dark Chocolate Vegan Protein Brownies

It's been a minute since I updated this blog and it's a miracle it's happening now! I just made some brownies and wanted to share with you. I'm also on a roll writing my novel so might as well get some blogging done too. These brownies are so ooey gooey good and I think you will like them. I prefer to try different brands and only recommend brands that I use for a long time I've made this bread so many times, with a few changes here and there but it always turns out to be moist and delicious. Plant-Based Protein

This fall, I began counting my macros and focusing on increasing my protein so that I could start to really build muscle. I hadn't sat down and concentrated on planning out protein filled meals so it took some getting used to. And I also realized that if I didn't think about what I was eating, I would reach for sugary, carb heavy foods. Plant-based protein...that's what this blog post is all about. I'm going to give three meals as an example and list some of my must-have protein-filled foods.
