Chickpea Tomato Sauce with Plant-Based Sausage and Pasta (vegan & high protein)

According to my calculations, this recipe should be about 64g of protein, when you add hemp seeds (which are not pictured and optional for this recipe). I never figure out calories or macros for recipes because 1. I'm not a diet or calorie counting blog and 2. I don't feel like ever doing that. But I'm highlighting the protein because I put emphasis on my own protein consumption (I lift weights and love it!). AND because aren't we always hearing that vegans don't get enough protein? Ha! This recipe is peeerfect for the start of fall as it's hearty, super nutritious and very filling.

Creamy Artichoke Hummus

Happy New Year! I had every intention of writing this blog post last weekend but it got away from me. I've been so busy with my yoga studio and picking up more dog walking clients that I don't often write a new recipe. Thank you for continuing to read my blog. I have so so many recipes that you could spend an evening reading through my posts. I definitely went through a peanut butter and chocolate dessert phase so you should check out my desserts!

Chocolate Molasses Cake with Cream Cheese Icing (Vegan & Gluten-free)

It's been a minute since I posted. I had my last Munch & Meditate event of 2018 and it was so nice. The menu is always vegan, of course, but this time I did gluten-free as well and it was easier than I thought. I taught a beginner's gentle yoga class followed by vegan appetizers and desserts. Come to my next one on Jan 6th !

Easy Molasses Cookies (Vegan, Gluten-Free)

I'm obsessed with blackstrap molasses. So I had to make cookies with this amazing syrup and they turned out so delish.

Spinach and Artichoke Hummus (No Oil)

Whenever I make a recipe, I'm halfway into it before I realize I'm going to blog it. Which means, I don't always have measurements for every since ingredient. I went wild with the nooch in this recipe and it paid off because it tastes amazing....but I don't have an exact amount. So, can I just say "add a ton of nooch?"
