These brownies are pretty amazing. I wanted icing to put on them and I made it raw so all sweetness is from fruit. This is the same recipe I made a few months ago with almond flour however I made these brownies with oat and coconut flour. They are no sugar, no fat brownies.
1 cup of oat flour
1/4 cup of coconut flour
2 very ripe bananas
3/4 cups of coconut milk
1 tsp of baking powder
1 tsp of vanilla extract
5 tbsp of cacao powder
2 very ripe bananas
3/4 cups of coconut milk
1 tsp of baking powder
1 tsp of vanilla extract
5 tbsp of cacao powder
Add everything to a medium sized bowl and mix everything together. Pour into a brownie pan and bake for 40-45 min at 350 degrees.
Icing:
6 medjool dates, pitted
1 avocado
3 tbsp of cacao or cocoa powder
2 tsp of vanilla extract
Process everything in your food processor until the icing is thick. Spread on the brownies after they cool. Refrigerate and consume for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack, dessert, anytime because they are all natural and healthy brownies! You can drizzle almond or peanut butter on top of the icing if you need a super decadent treat.
