Pizza and chips....my favorite past time meal. We ate alot of pizza growing up and I'm glad I can still do this and have a satisfying meal. I took whole wheat pitas that I bought at Trader Joe's and topped with red sauce, vegan cheese (Daiya cheese) the mozz kind and any veggies I desire, in this case spinach. I also topped with meatless meatballs to give it the meat flavor. I had some leftover sweet potato chips from lunch and I ate them as my side. It was an awesome meal!
