I love topping my vegan veggie burger by Boca with guac. It makes the burger even more filling and I get that salty, yummy, creamy guac topping, which eliminates the need for mustard or ketchup. Sometimes I will add a slice or two of tomato. I've been on a bean kick since coming back from Italy and also since I found out my favorite deli in Drexel Hill, Paganos, sells beans imported directly from Italy. Beans + olive oil=yum!! Behold:
