1 avocado
6 dates (pitted)
Chocolate protein powder ( Arbonne)
Berries
Kale
3 ice cubes
I added water as I was blending so the shake was not super thick. It tastes more like a dessert shake :) There are little bits of dates in the smoothie. So delish! Add a smaller amount of dates and only half of a banana if you want to cut down on the sweetness. Enjoy!
